What to Include

To help us investigate your report as efficiently as possible, please include where possible:

• Product name and model

• Firmware or software version

• Mobile application version (if applicable)

• Description of the issue

• Steps required to reproduce the issue

• Any supporting screenshots, logs or proof of concept process

Process

Reports will be received through the email address, acknowledged within 3 business days, and provided with status updates at least every 30 days until the report is closed, including where the report is closed without remediation.
